Cool
Skin™ Sleeve
- By
virtue of its low thermal conductivity, Cool-Skin™
is designed to reduce high surface temperatures to a
safe touch condition.
Manufactured to fit over hot process pipes, steam/electrical
tracers, heating tapes, flexible hoses and other equipment,
Cool-Skin™
Sleeve can be cut to
length with a pair of ordinary scissors. Equipped with
a hook and loop closure, Cool-Skin™ Sleeve is easily
field installed (or removed for maintenance) without
line disconnection.
Cool-Skin™
Sleeve is manufactured
with flexible, clean, non-fibrous (no fiberglass!) materials
that won’t release airborne particulates. It is
perfect for heavy industrial environments to clean-room
and laboratory settings.
Cool-Skin™ Sleeve
is resistant to moisture, UV, corona, ozone, oxidation,
cosmic radiation, ionizing radiation, chemicals, etc.
and exhibits considerable overall durability.
Available
to fit pipe diameter sizes from 1/4” (6mm) to 10” (254mm) and is supplied
in standard continuous lengths of 33ft (10m). Other lengths are available by special
order.

Wrap is the perfect solution
for covering a broad range of unknown pipe diameters/sizes
throughout your facility using just one universal product.
Simply vary the angle of installation to cover a wide
variety of different diameter pipes (including hot process
pipes, steam/ electrical tracers, heating tapes, flexible
hoses and other equipment).
Cool-Skin™
Wrap can be cut to length

its mirror like surface. In addition, Eko-Therm™
Sleeve is an excellent
choice for maintaining cool process line temperatures
in high ambient or high external temperature environments.

Sleeve 1000 – is
an extremely flexible braided fiberglass sleeve that is
ideal for protecting or insulating critical hoses, cables,
and equipment from high external or internal heat sources
up to 1000°F continuous. This sleeve can be used
in multiple layers or in conjunction with other materials
to achieve the desired degree of protection/insulation
to meet your criteria.
Available
in 1” (25mm) to 4” (100mm), ID in 100ft rolls only.
Rated to 1000°F (538°C).

an extremely flexible braided sleeve that is ideal for
protecting or insulating critical hoses, cables, and equipment
from high external or internal heat sources up to 2000°F.
This sleeve can be used in multiple layers or in conjunction
with other materials to achieve the desired degree of
protection/insulation to meet your criteria.
Available in 1” (25mm) to 4” (100mm), ID in
50 ft or 100ft rolls only.
Rated
to 2000°F (1093°C).
