Cool-Skin™ Tape – offers a versatile burn protection solution for a variety of high temperature applications. An excellent compliment to our Cool-Skin™ Sleeve line, Cool-Skin™ Tape is extremely flexible and ideal for covering irregular shaped segments of process lines, flexible hoses, fittings, cables, valves and other equipment.

Cool-Skin™ Tape is supplied with a “peel and stick” sacrificial PSA (pressure sensitive adhesive) on one side for easy installation. This tape can be used in multiple layers or in conjunction with other materials to achieve the desired degree of protection to meet your criteria.

Cool-Skin™ Tape is constructed from clean, non-fibrous (no fiberglass!) materials that won’t release airborne particulates. It is perfect for heavy industrial environments to clean-room and laboratory settings.

Available in standard 33ft (10m) continuous length rolls;
- 1/8” (3mm) thick x 2” (51mm) wide; or
- 1/4” (6mm) thick x 4” (102mm)

 Rated to 392°F (200°C)

 

Cool-Skin™ Seal Tape - is a non-adhesive tape designed to provide a self-bonding, self-curing, liquid-tight seal. This versatile tape is an ideal complement to our Cool-Skin™ Sleeve and Cool-Skin™ Tape line of thermal safety protective products. It provides an excellent end seal for joining sleeve segments that are interrupted by awkward pipe orifices, joints, valves, etc. Cool-Skin™ Seal Tape has a high dielectric strength making it an excellent alternative to vinyl tapes and wraps and heat shrinkable tubes. Alternative applications include: wrapping wiring harnesses, protecting splices and terminals of power cables, and insulating coils on motors and generators.

Available in standard 1” (25 mm) and 1-1/2” (38 mm) wide rolls.

Rated to 475°F (246°C)

 


 Eko-Therm™ Tape– is ideal for protecting critical hoses, cables and equipment from external heat sources by reflecting up to 90% of the heat away from its mirror like surface. It is an excellent product for maintaining cooling process line temperatures in high ambient conditions or alongside external radiating high temperature sources.

Eko-Therm™ Tape is supplied with a “peel and stick” sacrificial PSA (pressure sensitive adhesive) on one side for easy installation.

Available in standard 2” (51mm) and 4” (102mm) wide continuous 150 ft (46m) long rolls.

Rated to 500°F (260°C).
 

High Temperature Tape 1000 – is an extremely flexible woven fiberglass tape that is ideal for protecting or insulating critical hoses, cables, and equipment from high external or internal heat sources up to 1000°F (528°C) continuous. This tape is supplied with a “peel and stick” sacrificial PSA (pressure sensitive adhesive) on one side for easy installation. It can be used in multiple layers or in conjunction with other materials to achieve the desired degree of protection or insulation to meet your criteria.

Available in standard 1/8” (3mm) thick by 2” (51mm) or 4” (102mm) wide by 100ft (33m) long rolls. Other widths are available by special order. Can be supplied with or without PSA.

Rated to 1000°F (538°C) continuous.

 


 High Temperature Tape 2000 – is an extremely flexible tape and is ideal for protecting or insulating critical hoses, cables, and equipment from extremely severe high external/internal heat sources up to 2000°F continuous. This tape is supplied with a peel and stick sacrificial PSA (pressure sensitive adhesive) on one side for easy installation. It can be used in multiple layers or in conjunction with other materials to achieve the desired degree of protection or insulation to meet your criteria.

Available in standard 1/32” (.79mm) thick by 2” (51mm) or 4” (102mm) wide by 100ft (30m) rolls only.

Rated to 2000°F (1093°C) continuous.
